Our community & tourism sector covers a wild range of building types including new builds, sustainable retrofits and repurposing of existing buildings, outdoor parks and visitor experiences / attractions for healthy communities. Through innovative design solutions and a thorough understanding of our client’s needs and requirements we ensure our design solutions provide flexible spaces for enriched community provisions.

Recently completed multi award winning projects such as our new-build community-based radio station for Raidió Fáilte and the bespoke retrofit of an existing twin end terrace to a museum and visitor centre (Áras Uí Chonghaile) have proved valuable community resources that have surpassed client ambitions.

“This is a remarkable project in a very demanding location… The tower is efficiently planned, adopting clever strategies… equally impressive are the skills exercised by the architects in working within budget to produce a building of great character, simplicity, and value.”
